In certain user interface elements, the software program Pulmonary Analysis Add-on is designated as Pulmonary Analysis. This same name is used hereafter in this user manual.
The Pulmonary Analysis module is designed for working with soft-tissue CT series of chest studies. The module supports the following main tasks:

lung segmentation followed by analysis of lung parenchyma density characteristics;

nodule detection and evaluation.
